This homeowner didn't envision this home as an investment property, she thoughtfully designed this beautiful home for sharing with others. The main area of the house has central air and features 3 bedrooms, an office, three bathrooms, laundry room, large closets and open concept great room. Connected to the main house is an Ohana/Bonus Room studio suite with private entrance, bathroom and laundry as well as sleeping, living area and private lanai. The Ohana does not have AC, although the many windows/screened doors, evening breezes and fans keep the Ohana comfortable for guests. Your Ohana is equipped with all the amenities for guests enjoying their private retreat and still just steps from the main house guests.

The home is equipped from top to bottom with all the conveniences of home including flat screen televisions in each room, washers/dryers in main home and Ohana. You will find all that is needed in the kitchens, baths and bedrooms, while still being nestled away in your own private oasis. Listen to the birds while floating in the pool or enjoy whale watching and ocean views from the lanai, pool or plunge pool. Plunge pool is heated only from 5pm to 8pm daily. Almost every room in the home has an ocean view! The home is complete with outdoor BBQ and a very large yard filled with native floral and greenery.

Security Deposit for this property is $1500 in addition to the Peace of Mind Protection Plan. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
